Using your templates and overrides you can customize any of the template files ...

Customize the tpl_shippinginfo_default.php file to not include the back button code:

<div class="buttonRow back"><?php echo zen_back_link() . zen_image_button(BUTTON_IMAGE_BACK, BUTTON_BACK_ALT) . '</a>'; ?></div>

You could just comment that out:

<!-- <div class="buttonRow back"><?php echo zen_back_link() . zen_image_button(BUTTON_IMAGE_BACK, BUTTON_BACK_ALT) . '</a>'; ?></div> -->
