Page Title and description question.

I remember seeing this somewhere before but can't remember where. When you do a search for my sight(using google for example) it returns the site name and description, however, the description is "open-source, e-commerce, shopping" or something very similar to that.

What file do I need to edit to change that to a description a bit more relevant to what my site actually sells? lol
