*which* issue? There are about 8 different things discussed in this thread already.

It's really not helpful to say "me too" without giving all *your* specific problem details.

An old thread but.....I have two error situations when using Paypal Express.
1) If I try and pay as without signing up to website.....and click the Paypal Express button I get blue screen with "500-Internal Server Error"
the url path seems to be /ipn_main_handler.php?type=ec
2) If I try and pay as an existing customer I go through to Step 2 of 3 Payment Information.
PAYMENT METHOD......I see Click here to pay via Paypal Express. (see attached)
BUT...there is no button/link and nothing happens if I click the text.

ok...UPDATE.
(1) server had wrong PHP version. changed to 5.6 and did not get Server error page. I stil get a message saying Paypal Authority Settings not set up or API Security info incorrect 10002 Security Header is not Valid. I thought they were all set up o....will check again.
(2) I now see the Payal box to click....but nothing happens if I click it!!
