Editor Isue: blank white page

I had zen cart 1.3.8a and I just updated to 1.3.9c and after update my html editor doesn’t work .When I hit on to edit anything it shows blank white page

Other problem i have is when i add new ezpages the page i add doesn't show on the home category .The ezpages has been enabled and the new link that i created is enabled to show under side bozx

I follow the steps that was on the doc . First created new database then upload all the new files and restore the old database to new created database then I run upgrade database from script .After that I just install the template that I had
