Default edit comments or change from visible to hide

    v1.3.9a
new store has been moving along nicely but I'm still learning all of the ins and out and made some mistakes. I accidentally left some comments visible and it has distributor details my customer shouldn't be able to see. How do I edit my existing comments or delete comments or change it from visible to hide comments?

You could browse your database and search the orders_status_history table for the order ...

The comments you want hidden need the field:
    customer_notified

set to -1 to be hidden from the customer ...

ok, so there's no interface to do this other than working directly with the database. I was afraid of that. I setup the site but have little working knowledge of mysql. Do you mind giving me a few tips on what to use to do this?

I'm going to make a backup before making any changes just in case

ok, I went to my cpanel, phpmyadmin, and found my database and the item you mentioned. Looks much easier than I anticipated, thanks for the help.

p.s. I wish they would include the ability to edit the entire order screen. Mistakes are made by my company and my customers so editing a database is too time consuming.
