Express Checkout token is missing after upgrade to 1.3.9c

After I have upgraded from 1.3.9b to 1.3.9c, I'm getting error

"10408 Express Checkout token is missing. - Express Checkout token is missing"

after customer returns back from entering his credit card into paypal express checkout page.


I have re-tried the upload of the 1.3.9c files located in
includes/modules/payment

and still did not resolve problem.

Oh my, I would never have figured this it out on my own. The second thread helped.

The problem is the ampersand in the Store Name. If you have this problem, remove the ampersand as recommended by DrByte here

Actually, I was upgrading from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9 (typo in my previous post). So this bug is probably in 1.3.9 a, b, and c.
