I have done all the work on the New Install of 1.3.9c on a new Host.
It was done while using a temp server and I am now ready to "Go Live"
I changed the NameServer settings 48 hours ago and just realized I need to change the settings in the config.php files.
I think I have them right but I can not get anything to come up and can not get into Admin anymore. Everything has to be done by FTP.
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What errors are you seeing when you try to access the store and the admin ?

Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at www.topnotchbassbaits.com.
Same on both of them.
If I make a backup of all the files via FTP and backup the DB
Can I do a fresh install after deleting and recreating the DB then upload everything again
EXCEPT the two config files??

You can, but I'd be surprised if it's necessary. Your domain may have not propagated on the new server yet.
Try creating a text file like:
<html>
<body>
Hello, World
</body>
</html>
name it index.html and upload it to the root directory. If you can't see that either, the problem isn't with Zencart.

OK, tried it and got the same thing.
I thought it was faster than that on propagating
!

In my experience, DNS changes propagate much more quickly than 48 hours (minutes in many cases).
I'd guess you'll be submitting a ticket with your host tomorrow.

Sometimes I feel DUMB!!!!!
I checked the DNS settings and I had both of them wrong.
I have corrected them and now I wait for them to propagate.
