ok i have done this now but the images are still not loading. i am not getting an error in firefox anymore

Hmm so the images are loading but the javascript is showing them. i have moved the javascript files to the jscript folder in templates.

with a eg jscript_s3Slider.js and jscript_jquery.min.js

Where can i put a weblink eg

because at the moment i have a static file in the jscript folder.

Sorry i should also mention on the homepage i have the plugin for the new products. The issue i am having is below "Example 1" and above "New Products"

I just did a right click, inspect element in Chrome (like firebug for FF) and it says there is an issue with your s3Slider.js file.

'Uncaught error type. Cannot read property of 'id' undefined.

I would just try re-installing this script (download latest files) on a blank html file and see if you can get it working outside of Zencart first..

Thanks for your help. i didnt think of doing that. it turns out i had taken out the code below in my troubleshooting then not put it back in.

Thanks for this Get Em Fast - it's great. We used to use a similar carousel but I like the addition of a text box.

I did add ul { list-style-type: none } to the bottom of stylesheet.css as when I first tested it a bullet point was showing up.

Just one thing, I'd like the text in the boxes to be links, but when I do this, it shows in red, as defined near the top of my template's stylesheet.css. How can I change the colour of the link just for the text in the banner? I assume I need to do something with the chunk of css starting ".s3sliderImage span {" - I can usually work these things out but I'm being a bit dim here...

I am imploring you to possibly help with mine.

I installed the oldest version of the jquery..nothing changed

I tried moving around the css..renaming the jscript files and still nothing changed.

I have actually managed to get it to work a little better...but...it jumps also....any suggestions please on how to stop that
