Hi,
I am a new zenner. I have a clean install of 1.3.8a and have added the super orders add-on as well and the popup_invoice add-on. i am not using any shipping module such as USPS. I have set up Zone Rates as well as Table Rates. Still trying to figure out which way to go. I have set up Zoned Taxes for only one US state where the shop is located.

When a customer is checking out the shipping is identified as "Zone Rate" or "Table Rate (Best Way)". I would like it to just say "Shipping". Same thing on the invoice.

In addition, the tax is not identified. The amount is listed on the checkout screen like so " : $2.14". I would like it to be listed as "Taxes: $2.14".

Third thing, on the customer invoice there is a TAX column and it says "None!" under tax but there is a tax charge on the invoice.

Lastly, there is a column on the invoice "Model" that I would like to do away with.
