Installed Addon now can't get into admin

I downloaded all of the files via FTP before I did any of the installs for the add-on but now my website shows most everything it is suppose to but....

Categories are showing but there are NO items showing

On the main page on the left hand side below my categories is the following error:

1054 Unknown column 'products_price_w' in 'field list'
in:
[select products_price, products_price_w, products_priced_by_attribute from products where products_id = '222']

If I go into Admin I can see all of my items.

I tried to FTP back up all of the files that I downloaded but it isn't working. I vaguely remember having to make some permission changes but I can't remember for the life of me what they are/were.

I'm begging, please, PLEASE someone tell me what I need to do to get my site back up and working. My URL is

I forgot to add that I'm running ver 1.3.8a

I have to tell you i'm absolutely devastated! I was really hoping to be able to set up so my wholesale customers could purchase online which is why I was installing the add-on

No need to panic. Perhaps you have not run the SQL patches required by the add-on? It seems as if the dual pricing add-on needs a products_price_w field, and two others. The installation instructions say that you need to run three SQL commands via the admin section.

Ok, I have all my items show back up in my store, now one other small problem, I can't get into my admin screen LOL What do I do know?

I installed the Dual pricing mod and last night was having problems with nothing showing up on my site. Well, I made the necessary adjustments and I have my store back but now I can't get into my admin, Any suggestions, please??

My site is in my sig line.

What error message, if any, are you seeing when you try to log in?

I have no idea what is going on! My website is coming up with a blank page and I can't get into the admin.

I'm desperate! I downloaded all of the admin files last night before I uploaded the Dual Pricing add-on.

How / what can I do to get my website back up and running? I don't care if I have to re-load products and images I just need it back up and working.

Can you FTP to your site and see if the files are there?

If so, also check your configure.php files to see if the paths are correct.

Yes, I can see all of the files when I FTP in.

Configure.php, it is in /arizonahandmadesoap.com/catalog/admin/ I've attached it below.

It has been so long ago, plus my memory isn't worth a darn any more due to pain meds I can't remember how I installed it.
