In the purpose of seo, is their a way of changing our manufacturers list (which is a scrolling box) in a list of html links?

This would help thew internal link structure of the site a lot i think. Or does the javascript passs link juice AND does it have anchor text. ie if for example we have the brand Casio in javascript will casio be seen as anchor text?
