Urgent Please Lost admin access after DB PassWord update

I found a little information on this but not how to fix it, I lost my store access completely after changing my Data base password so I changed my password in both the configure.php files. store/Admin/includes and store/ includes.

and now the store is back but my admin panel is the original "thank you for loading Zen Cart screen" What else do I need to do??? I'm stuck and need in bad, I don't wont to restore because I really don't want to go back to the old passwords.

Thank you for the quick reply, I'm locked out of php admin as well, so I called the host, they claim it can take 24 hours for the server to completely update and that is probably what is causing the PHPadmin log in error as well as the zen cart admin error so all I can do is wait till the morning and try again. I will post back either way whether I get to try your advice or whether its fixes its self like they think.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password in the admin/includes/configure.php?

I am sure the passwords work, and are in correctly. I can now log into php admin with them. The front in of the store came back up after installing the new passwords but the back end still has the new zencart in stall file.

*Update, I got it working, after loading a backup of the admin/includes/configure.php that was about six months old after puting the new password in it.

I should probably start a new thread but anythoughts on getting the server name and location etc to start showing up as
