Homepage is a Blank Page after installing the template

Dear All,

I am new to this forum and Zen Cart. So excuse me if I ask stupid question.

I am encountering a problem after installing the template. My homepage shows a BLANK PAGE after installing the templates.

I have used debug tool to check issues and found that message below :

Is this a commercial template that you have purchased directly or indirectly from Template Monster?

What version of Zen Cart are you installing it into?
