I believe that ZC1.3.9 checks for suhosin and if it is installed then cart contents are not displayed in Who's Online.

so can i not check what people have in there cart?? it was always a good feature and helped loads when people called to ask about a product as wel would say add it to the cart then we would be able to load up the exact same item and advise if its the right one for there needs or not.
If the information is encrypted by your server, then we can't show it to you. If you want to try to convince your hosting company to remove security protections from your server so you can look over your customers' shoulders while they're shopping, you're welcome to try.

is is it an SSL encription?? as i thought the SSL only starts once they go to checkout or login not when just shopping normally and adding it to cart as a guest.
No. SSL has nothing to do with suhosin. Suhosin is a PHP thing.

just read the help live support website info and it says that it dont support php5 but i been running it on 5 for a while lol whoops
