I have a client who switched to authorize.net aim from linkpoint. Now he's having some missing orders.
Some orders go through. Some orders do not, I mean they get through all the way to authorize.net charging their cards, but the order never shows up in zencart. As a result, we have to log into the client and manually push the order from his shopping basket as it gets stuck there.
We have done numerous test orders and all orders go through... but then we suddenly get an authorizenet email confirmation, but no order in zencart.
Example..... in the authorize.net email we get an order 1234 from John Doe. In zencart there is no such order number. Then another order goes through, in authorizenet it's order 1235, but in zencart it shows as order 1234 with 1235's information.......
Please help... we are not sure what is wrong....
