Product Images not showing

Hello,

I'm pretty new to Zen Cart and I ran into a probably basic error while setting up my shop, but I haven't been able to find the answer in other posts, or even in the Zen Cart's e-book guide I own.

Images are not showing for my products, not even the image bound box. The file size and image resolution is within the limits. The images are uploaded to the server correctly and the products are pointing to them in their product configuration page.

I made some adjustments in the layout of my shop, very basic, I just changed the header, logo, and bar tile images.

I also installed an extra language pack and deactivated most side boxes and banners.

I'm running Zen Cart Version: 1.3.9b

Images used to show before I started customizing the shop. I think the problem started when I switched to my custom layout.

Your problems could be related to the following issues:

1. Your configure.php file settings do not match your domain address. In your configure.php file, your HTTP_SERVER setting points to http:// bluesaver . com while your desired URL is http:// www . bluesaver . com.
2. Your product image is located in the folder /images/uploads/. Try moving the product image to /images/ and adjust your product details page in admin to point to the new image location accordingly.
3. If the above methods fail, switch back to the Classic template and see whether there are any problems.

Your book has been a great help to understand and use Zen Cart. I would be lost whitout it!

Btw, I see my files are visible, should I be concerned about security for my shop? What should I change to make it more safe?

For security recommendations, you can go to your Zen Cart installation (e.g. /shop) and open up the file /docs/important_site_security_recommendations.html in your web browser.

If that file or directory is not available or your hosted store, download and unzip the Zen Cart installation zip file on your local computer to read the above-mentioned file.

For other security recommendations, you can turn to the "Security Matters" category in the Tutorials/FAQs section.

I'm having the same problem and can't find a solution in all the threads reads. My page is www.todoportv.net, I'm trying to upload two banners in the main page, I went into the Define Pages Editor option, selected Plain Text as Text Editor and typed:

On my computer I can see the image, but outside the office the image is not displaying.

If you can help with this issue I would be very grateful. Thanks!
