migs issue

hello using the migs module and am having issues testing it. The transactions are not passing to the gateway. any suggestions?

in test mode,
server hosted option
no test in usernumber
password and hash key correct

I get a An error has occurred processing your payment.

Runtime Exception
E5065-06110703: Runtime Exception

error and no details passed thro to gateway, also merchant name is not passed thro

any ideas as have reloaded code twice

Hi Ian,
try this in MIGS Merchant ID in payment module if you id starts with TEST take that away from your id as the module adds this in test mode. also are you using the correct dollar amounts in the order.

this is from the migs manual
Exception handling is tested by simulating different responses from the MIGS Payment
Server. Responses can be varied by using different values in the payment. For example,
$10.00 will return an ‘Approved’ by the MIGS Server, while $10.51 will return ‘Insufficient
Funds’. Please refer to Appendix 1 for a full list of codes.


try setting up a test item for $10.00 free shipping and see how it goes. if you have any other trouble give me a shout.
