That message means that the order total is missing. However, I have no idea as to what could cause that.

You have ILS and NIS currencies mentioned in the log, but for some reason it's treating the order as 0.00
PayPal supports ILS but not NIS.
Maybe it's trying to convert NIS to ILS, or maybe to USD, and isn't finding a valid exchange rate, and is thus calculating to 0.00.

I am having a similar problem... my default currency is israel shekels. admin -> localization -> currency ... I noticed that I did not define the currency code (only the currency symbol) - I therefore added the "ILS" as the currency symbol, however now all the prices on my site are "zero"...
interesting, however, is that the system allowed me to go to checkout and the sum of my purchase appeared on the paypal express page...
please assist!
