Looking for URL order addon

Hi there,
I 'm looking for an URL order addon like this:

1:Customers subscriber the URL of the products(maybe not included in the shop's products list)
2:Customers write the price,quantity,remark,etc
3:submit the URL order , then the data of this order goes in Shopping cart.

It doesn't exist, and would be a BIG challenge to code this, as it would require giving the "public" virtually open access to the database... NOT A GOOD IDEA.

What is the point of adding a product to a cart that:

1. You don't stock
2. You don't have the price for
3. Opens your site to major abuse.. ?

If you want your customers to make an enquiry about a product that you don't stock, the standard "contact us" page is quite sufficient. Other people have installed "Ask a Question" modules and "Live Help"...

MUCH easier and FAR MORE sensible.,
