Template Coding / CSS template location help please?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to redesign this website:
http://www.tinythingsarecute.com

and have been driving myself nuts trying to find the template the first designer used. it doesn't show thru admin-tools-template selection.

does anyone know where i can find the template coding? i know this sounds vague but we're really lost here. the owner of the website paid someone to design the site and they recommended the web host and zen cart but refused to offer any support. so if anyone has an easy explanation for someone like me, i'd greatly appreciate it, thanks!

Look in the directory /includes/templates. By default, there are two subdirectories: classic and template_default. Your custom template should be present as an additional directory.

Update: When I viewed the source of your site, your custom template is called "custom".

thank you but i see what you said but don't know where to get to the Template Directory either... sorry, not a developer so completely lost here and appreciate any help :)

You need to FTP a copy of all the files from your server to your local machine; that will create the directory structure for your store. Once you've got that, the files present in the directory /includes/templates/custom will contain any CSS or javascript files that your original designer created ... as well as some other formatting changes.

You should also use a program like WinMerge to compare your files against whatever ZC version is being used. This will tell you what files have been changed from or added to that Zen Cart release.

You can find the version (if you don't know it) by looking at the file /includes/version.php once you've FTP'd the files down to your local machine.

thank you sooo much! will do it and see if we can't get to the original css sheet. that's all i need to find to be able to adjust the template for the new redesign!
