Can I adjust more than 1 product's quantity at a time?

Hi everyone.
I adjust quantities of stock items almost daily, at least 2-4 times a week.
It gets very time consuming and unenjoyable, opening each products 'edit' page, and changing the number in the quantity box, and then clicking preview, and then save.

I have always been certain there must be a page where I can just adjust all the quantities on the same page. Or, is there an add-on that can do this?
I am sure a lot of people are using various methods to do this for pricing, but I would like to do it for stock quantity.

I run a business where boxes full of stock arrive daily, and I have a webstore and a physical store, so when something sells in store, I want to change the quantity online, and so on.....

Direct answer to your question is to get & learn easy populate 3rd party module - - there is a wiki article about using it
Do this learning on a seperate installed cart with it's own DB suggested

Alternatively, if your physical shop has one register or not many would be to use a POS system based upon the ZenCart DB and all of the sales would be processed against your ONE stock DB

You still need an expedient way to add stock as referenced above
