Bread Crumbs Navigation Separator
Trying to insert a " » " inbetween my breadcrumbs (  »  )

but it shows a block �

any ideas on how to fix this?

Is that two right arrows or a special character?

If it's a special character, the easy way (assuming you're using Windows - I don't know about Mac) is to open All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Character Map and find that character, click Select, then Copy. Then paste it into where it goes in Admin.

yes its a special character, ya i have already done that but once i click update ,on my website instead of showing as a special character it shows a box

Quick and Easy fix - I do it on almost ALL of the sites I work on - change your seperator value to  »
