    red flag My clients can't download my products

    Hello
    I am running version 1.3.9b with no other mods. My problem is when I test my downloads I get a successful message but my download does not appear. I have read about product attributes,I have my files in zip format yet still nothing happens. If anyone can help me find my answers i would really appreciate it

    Are you able to do Downloads if you create an order?

    NOTE: There were some updates in v1.3.9d ... you might try upgrading to see if that helps ...

    Hi ajeh
    No icreate an order...it says order successful but my download does not start. I am sure i am forgetting something simple but as of now I am totally lost

    What happens if you switch to the Classic Template?

    Well you can try turning off GZip just to see if that makes a difference ...

    Then there are various settings on the Downloads that you can try ...

    hi again ajeh
    First off thank you for your help so far
    I have been following the tutorials and my redirect is on,my products are in the download folder and I have green buttons on my product attributes. I even bought one of my own products using my wife's paypal,it says success your download is on the way but no download box appears. What else can I try?

    When you say it says Success ... do you see a Download Button on the checkout_success page or in the Order History of the customer account?

    What is the Order Status on the Order?

    If you edit the Customer ... Orders ... in the Admin, does the Download have a GREEN icon or a RED icon or a YELLOW icon on it?

    It says billing and shipping do not match. I guess it is noe recognizing as a download?
