    Default Authorize SIM CVV problem

    I am switching from using Authorize.net (AIM) to Authorize.net (SIM). I have Gateway Mode set to offsite, and Request CVV Number is set to true. When the screen is displayed to enter the credit card information it only ask for the Credit card number and the expiration date. It does not ask for the 3 or 4 digit Card Code Verification number. What am I doing wrong?

    That is most likely a problem in your Authorize.net account I would say. I know that there is an area in there that will ask you if you want to use CVV - what I am not sure about is whether or not their page will change to reflect said change in your account. I would contact them as this really doesn't appear to be a problem with Zen but with their payment form.

    Actually my Authorize account is set up to reject 3 of the 4 options for CCV Settings. I didn't change any of those settings and it was working fine when I was using AIM (for 6 months).

    Tina, you are right. I just figured out that the form that Authorize displays can be customized, and I think that field may be on that customization.
