With WinBack / WinBack Premium, is there a way to tie emails to a specific product for a specific customer. So for example, if they order Product 3123, 31 days later it reminds them to reorder product 3123.

To resolve the issue where the DOCTYPE declaration is showing as text in the email, go to ADMIN > MAILBEEZ > CONFIGURATION > EMAIL ENGINE and change Override Zencart Email Template System to False.

I recommend to set up an SMTP-Server or use Newsletter2go in ADMIN > MAILBEEZ > CONFIGURATION > EMAIL ENGINE to completely bypass Zencart´s mail function
