"1146 Table 'zen_project_version' doesn't exist, dns error

I just tried to upgrade 1.3.8 to 1.3.9d. Didn't get any error messages during the upgrade, but now I can't access the admin panel:

"1146 Table 'leadbeat_shop.zen_project_version' doesn't exist
in:
[select * from zen_project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields."

Also, when I try to browse to the shop, I get an "DNS error - Server cannot be found." error.

Any ideas, anyone?

I had problems with this too!

I was going fine, I updated everything in Define Pages Editor, then I imported the database from my current /shop to my new /demo version. Then I updaded my 2 configure.php files to give them the "zen_" prefix.

What I found was that the edits to the configure files weren't 'sticking' - I would edit it, then go back in and look and the change wouldn't be there.

Anyway, finally the changes (adding a prefix) stuck in
demo/includes/configure.php &
demo/admin/includes/configure.php

and i waited a few mins, and I was able to at least access demo/admin/login.php
