Does anyone use Alertpay payment processor successfully on their Zen Cart site?
Seems I have an IPN issue where around 1 in 5 customer purchase details aren't registered on my site after payments are made on Alertpay.
This means that whilst I have received payment into my Alertpay account, the details of the transaction are not registered in my Zen Cart Admin for me to process and dispatch.
I was told by Alertpay Support that the problem was with with my hosting, so I moved to a new host causing 24 hrs downtime and loss of sales, only to find the the problem still persists.
Am I the only one to experience this issue?
