No, i meant i have directly loaded all the files using Filezilla to my web host, rather than using any tool (as has been referred to in other parts here)
I believe thats the best way to ensure everything loads ?
Thanks
So, your question has nothing to do with Windows 7 Pro?

morning
yes it is on subject in that the PC i am using is running Windows 7 Pro
As previous posts, I am running this OS on my home machine, have loaded the files to the host using Filezilla, have run the installation and the process has hung with a blank screen after I accept the license agreement, eventually displaying a blank inspection page ().
I have installed mySQL and easy PHP on the PC but i assume i would not have configured these yet ?
I can confirm my host supports mySQL and PHP
Thanks
You're misunderstanding how webservers work.
What's the operating system of the webserver you've uploaded the files to? ie: the one which you're trying to access with your browser which is showing this blank screen you're talking about.
