Aslo 1 hta access file and an index.php file
Hope that helps ?
No, it doesn't actually. The zc_install script writes a log file (zcInstallLog_date.log) as it does system inspection, recording what it's done and any problems it finds (zcInstallExceptions_date.log).

do i need to remove the file and edit it in notepad or dreamweaver , or can i just right click.. ?
You need to change the contents of the file as it exists on the server.
You have many choices for doing that, but the basic computer skill you need if you're going to work with websites includes downloading it via FTP, then editing it with a reliable text editor (Windows Notepad is a BAD choice, DW is moderately better, Notepad-Plus is a better choice: http://notepad-plus.sf.net ), and then uploading it back to the server again.

ok have made that change. Now just try to run it again ?
ok changes made. re-ran the install and instead of a blank page after the acceptance of terms, i now get:
Warning: installer::test_curl(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/London' for '1.0/DST' instead in E:\home\louisekjames\zen-cart\zc_install\includes\classes\installer.php on line 252 Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in E:\home\louisekjames\zen-cart\zc_install\includes\classes\installer.php on line 252
Whats the next step please ?
Thanks
