Do you want to:-

1. use the table itself, or

2. do you want to configure your shipping to calculate the rates displayed in that table?

In the case of 1 - go to that page's source and clip the appropriate html.

In the case of 2 - configure the relevant shipping modules to calculate the rates displayed.
