How do I change the weight from lbs to kg & how to display price including Tax??

Hi all,
I am using the Zen Cart 1.3.8a
I desperated searched the forum but I couldn't fine what I'm looking for.
I'm just having some problems with the following:
1. How to change the product weight from lbs into kg ??
2. How to show the item price including the Tax?? The Zones and Tax rates are already defined. I see the Net and Gross price when I set up a new item, however the shop shows only the Net price
