Adding Javascript via the define pages editor

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I want to be able add a small countdown javascript file to the define_main_page.php file using the define pages editor so that the code displays in the center box of the "home" page only.

Following the advice here I have been able to make the code work, but it displays twice. Once at the very top of the index page and again in the define_main_page section.

If someone can tell me how to stop the code displaying outside the define_main_page section I would be grateful.
