Default paypay always say "Seller Protection: Not Eligible"?

I am setting up my zen cart (1.3.8) with paypal's standard web payment (the one that redirect to paypal site).

After making a test payment (real payment), I noticed that in my paypal account, for the transaction, it says:

    Seller Protection:
    Not Eligible
We have no shipping address on file.

Anyone know the reason for that? I would assume zen cart should pass the shipping and billing address to paypal, right?

    Thanks.
    Cindy

    You have several options:
    a) stick with the old version you have now, and live with the limitations of Website Payments Standard
    b) remove Website Payments Standard, and switch to using the more reliable PayPal Express Checkout instead: www.zen-cart.com/getpaypal
    c) upgrade to the latest version of Zen Cart which has several important improvements

Express Checkout is far more reliable and much more likely to give you Seller Protection on your transactions because of the way it works.
Express Checkout sends the customer to the PayPal site temporarily, much like the Standard module does, so you and your customers will already be familiar with that process.

    Thanks guys.

By the way, DrByte, I think 1.3.8 already comes with PayPal Express.

It did, but there are improvements in the way Zencart works with Paypal Express in 1.3.9, along with many other bug fixes and security improvements.
