    Default Multiple Add to cart broken after upgrade

    I recently upgraded to 1.3.9d, however don't know if this is related or was there before. I am also using template Gloss_Black.

    When customers go to a category, a number of items are listed on that page, along with a box to add products to their cart. They add a "1" to a box or two and click "ADD TO CART". The URL is (/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=34) The items do not appear in the cart and a message is displayed "Your Shopping Cart is empty."

    If the customer actually clicks on the product picture and goes directly to the product page (/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=21&products_id=58) and then adds the item to their cart, it works.

    I have changed the template back to the default and the problem is still there.

    I have the debug addon installed in EXTRA_CONFIGS and have set the db./file to file. I see zc.sql files but that is all.

    Switch to the Classic Template ... does it work?

    NOTE: Zen Cart v1.3.9 comes with the Debug Tool built in ... so be sure you are using the current code ...

    No, it does not work with any of the templates.

    I had installed the earlier version of the debug. I copied the new files in with the update, not knowing, so I should have the 1.3.9d version. I'll pull the update again just in case.

    UPDATE. I checked and the debug file is the correct one. Testing the problem only gives me 2 sql files there.

    The cart is in maintenance right now. Let me know if you need access.

    I was on 1.3.9a and updated to 1.3.9d. I had not updated to intermediate versions due to time constraints and wanted to see how the .htaccess issues resolved. (I was the one person of 4 who had image issues and was going back and forth with my hosting company).

    Gloss_black template
    Recover cart
    Google Base Feeder
    Sales Report (I think the version with taxes)
    Admin Login as Customer
    Database Backup MySql
    I added my own patch years ago to enable the option to modify a customer record to not send emails to people by triggering the already coded ZenCart email option of NONE.

    I use a few overrides, mainly for text replacement.

    One category (not used in this test) has a bold category name.

    The last processes I was working on was this:

    I had created 5 NEW (not linked) items with attributes (a drop down box) which if chosen would double the weight and add an additional .5 times the price (thus creating a buy one - get one at half price.

    I have since deleted the attributes for these products and am not using them for these tests.

    I will try a re-install and if that does not change things, can re-load the cart prior to the update to see if this problem existed prior to version "d" for me.

    I co-loaded my older 1.3.9a version (using the same database) and have the same problem, thus it does NOT appear to be an A to D upgrade problem.

    I would try to use something like Beyond Compare to from scootersoftware and compare a clean Zen Cart v1.3.9d to your current files to see if you can locate where you might have file(s) out of date, corrupt or missing ...

    I have just installed a fresh (un modified 1.3.9d). I used my 2 config files and the old database. The problem persists.

    That appears to point to the database or 1.3.9x.

    If you go the the Tools ... Server Info ... what information does it give about your Zen Cart Version?
