New User Help - links all open as downloaded files and not links

Hi - I am a super noob to ZenCart. Just got it installed on my server. Everything seemed to install relatively easily and painless.

I am trying to play with the admin setup and get things going and every link in the admin page and in the actual cart all direct my browser to open a file as if it is being downloaded and I cannot navigate anywhere. Has anyone seen this before or know what I may have done to cause this? Or better yet, how I remedy this?

I think that is server related issue. If you have any modules that require certain php version that is not configured on the server. You need to contact your host and they should be able to help you with this.
