I have just finished updating to v1.3.9d and now when a customer tries to add an item to their cart the page will reload but nothing else has happened.
No item added to their cart and shopping cart link won't appear either.
Please help, I am stumped

Does this happen on the Product Info page as well as the Product Listing, New Products, Featured Products and All Products?
