Problem with ZenCart 1.3.8 after MySQL server upgrades

Hello!

After MySQL server upgrades on my hosting server I have 500 error Internal Server in front page and admin panel.
I try to install a new 1.3.8, result is the same.
When I try to install a new 1.3.9. it is work.

How I can to solved problem with 500 error on my 1.3.8 version without upgrade.
All folders in my 1.3.8. have right permissions.

Please help to solved this problem.

The thing is that it is very important to upgrade away from 1.3.8 as soon as possible. It is not hard to upgrade.

A possible problem that you mention is that you may have upgraded the files in the past but neglected to upgrade the database. Check your "Version" in the admin section of Zen Cart.

Again your best option is upgrading as there are so many vulnerabilities in the version you are using.

I can not to login to admin panel, because a have error 500 in admin panel and front end.
I did not upgrade any files in the past.
When I download and install box verion 1.3.8. without any changes - result is the same - error 500.
But 1.3.9d version works ok in box version.

I try to upgrade from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9 but it is not work. The template of 1.3.8 is 1.0 version. And it is not work in 1.3.9.

Have you step by step exclud. how-to-upgrade. html in original dist?
