It appears that you don't have a full ZC install fileset on your computer. You should download your set from this location

Make sure that you get the version corresponding to the one installed on your server.

I download it from justhost.com. Maybe I'm not looking at the right location, there should be a zencart file on my computer right? If I download that verison will it override all my work and I have to start over? How can I tell what verison I'm using?

The purpose of this exercise is to upload an uncorrupted product.php file. We are not dealing with upgrades here ....

I am assuming that you have a full ZC install fileset on your hard drive - right ??

Open your FTP client and ftp the file admin/product.php from your ZC install fileset to the corresponding admin folder (whatever you have named that folder) on your server. This overwrites the existing file product.php on your server and replaces it with a new (and hopefully uncorrupted) file.

ok, I did that and I don't see a difference
