Right. And the message is correct. You should do what it says. That's part of the regular installation instructions.

It's quite possible that your new hosting company has "/admin" reserved for some reason.
You should be renaming your admin folder anyway: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=33

So ... did you delete the zc_install folder, as it tells you?

Something odd with your host. Have you logged a support ticket with them?

hay ho... firstly, if you have the funds and the knowledge, upgrade to a VPS (virtual private server). Their shared servers are not tip top for security. where as in a VPS you can chroot your webspace their shared isnt.

/admin is blocked so you need to use dreamweaver or notpad++ and filezilla to amend the info as pointed out. WF support on shared is OK at best, you souldnt have any problem asking them to change settings if you have bother but expect a 24/48 reply time.

If you dont have the knowledge run your VPS then the next best thing i can recomend is to use Vgers servers. Terranetworks i thinks it is called. she's listed in the Certified Host links.

Also when i click the admin link you gave it's using https????... from memory (unless they have changes) you wont get SSL on their shared.
