My cart is severely modified.
Can I just compare the files in the Change Log with the existing pages, and upload them avoiding uninstalling payment modules, etc?

Actually my upgrade is 138a to 139d. What a nightmare. No way I can do this in a day and I have a busy store.
What files can I compare and upgrade without mucking up the store to make it more secure?Cheers!
