Modules > Orders Total - Options not showing

I have just noticed that in Admin > Modules > Orders Total the options on the right are not showing at all....

See the screenshot.

What might causing the problem ?

You either have a bad upload of a new file or a duplicate of an existing file that is something like a backup copy or renamed copy ...

Look in the directory:
/includes/modules/order_total

Check and see if you have any new files added or renamed files in there as that is a auto loading directory ...

This can also happen if you are customizing the modules and did not customize them correctly or if you did not customize them to also work with the Admin ...

Make sure that the files in:
/includes/modules/order_total

hold the code for a module ...

Make sure that the files in:
/includes/languages/english/modules/order_total

hold the define statements for the language definitions and not the code ...
