Mail via PHP gives email error

Hi!

I've the latest version of Zen Cart 1.3.9e.
Everything worked fine, just perfect.

But suddenly the mail via PHP gives:
Email Error: Could not instatiate mail function

I've mailed the hosting company, but they didn't do anything about there servers.

So there has to be something in my ZC code.

I haven't installed any addons or other special mods.

Hopefully somebody can help me!

Yep, checked that one before.

But strange thing is, that it gives the error, but the customer receives the mail with the order.

But when you login again, the ordered products are still in your shoppingcart.

Ok people, I fixed it. Few!!

I have set the Email Transport Method to SENDMAIL

Man, this costed me a few hairs on my head!

Better would be to use SMTPAUTH
