Zen Cart 1.3.8a

Most credit cards order are working and showing up in the admin but a couple do not show up. I have an error report and with post it below. When the error happens the card is charge but doesn't have the new order posted. I do have the recover cart sales add on install and the order will show up there.

I think it is our processing company server is loaded when the error happens.
