how can I change the name "Categories" on sidebox to somthing else? in my case, I want to use "Bilingual Book Store" intead of "categories" on the head of category sidebox. www.best4future.com

All output text is defined in language files. To find where this is, go to Tools > Developers Toolkit, paste Categories in the top left box, select "all language files for English" and search.

Hi know this is not really correct method of resolving things but saw your "Categories" question and see you have resolved the issue - may I ask what the process is. Followed the instructions that you received - but that does not make it clear enough for a newbie like me - does one change every instance of the word Categories? Great site by the way.

Open includes/languages/english.php

Find

// categories box text in sideboxes/categories.php
define('BOX_HEADING_CATEGORIES', 'Categories');

and change to

// categories box text in sideboxes/categories.php
define('BOX_HEADING_CATEGORIES', 'Your Title - whatever you want to call it');

Make sure the single quotes remain in place.

Then save the changed file as includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE/english.php

Naturally, if you already have a file includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE/english.php then open and edit that file but not includes/languages/english.php
