Default 10525 This transaction cannot be processed. The amount to be charged is zero.

I have installed v1.3.8a and have Paypal Express Checkout.

I keep getting the "10525 This transaction cannot be processed. The amount to be charged is zero."

I believe the shipping rate/tax is screwing something up.
    I am using Table Rate "100:18.18,50000:0". I use 18.18 + 10%GST = Flat shipping fee of $20.

All invoice numbers on checkout page are all correct.

    However when I look at the Paypal Action logs I see the following;

    Jul-30-2010 08:39:47
    getLineItemDetails 7
    checking subtotals...
    itemamt: 18.36
    taxamt:
    shippingamt: 22.00
    handlingamt: 0.36
    -------------------
    subtotal: 40.72
    AMT: 40.00
    -------------------
    difference: -0.72 (abs+rounded: 0.72)

Why has shippingamt become 22.00?? I believe this is where it's breaking..

Has anyone solved/encountered this before?? Pls help - thanks.

You should also be upgrading to the latest version. Yours is very old.
