Replacing Text of Order Status

We want our order status to be as follows:

Pending: We see it, but haven't worked on it yet or awaiting payment.

Processing: We are working on it and will ship it soon.

Delivered: We have shipped it. Here is a comfirmation number to see when it is delivered.

Thant is the 3 we want to use. Our customers are seeing the delivered status as they have already got the item. I can understand why they see it this way, but this is not the case.

We want to change the text 'Delivered' to 'Shipped'. Where do I do this at. I have replaced before, but when I do a Find/Replace on the files and look for 'Delivered' it brings back only 3 results that are in documentation.

Where can I find this text to replace?
