Problems sending Newsletter, "content encoding error" (GoDaddy)

I don't send newsletters very often, but the last 2 times I tried, it seems to stop during the process and I get a screen that says "Content encoding error"

Can anyone help me out as to why this might be happening? it use to work...

ok, now i'm not able to send emails through zencart admin at all.
i get the error to check settings in config-> email options. but it has always worked fine in the past.

i use godaddy... and i realize now that i have 250 relays, is that what caused the error (when it hit the max) and now i can't send more? i guess that would make sense...

edit: nevermind it says only 2 used today... i'm so confused.

i should also note that my email transport method has always been PHP

just wanted to post an update.

my email is working again, after contacting godaddy support (although they claimed to not be able to replicate the issue and that it wasn't on their end. but then it magically fixed itself...)

i still get this error in the middle of sending newsletters though.
