Showing all items on one page

I would like to show all items on one page. For example, if one of my categories is t-shirts, I would like the customer to be able to click on the category link in the categories side box and then see all t-shirts on one page.

I tried Googling this, but all the threads that came up were from people wanting to display all categories on one page (e.g. t-shirts, shoes, pants, etc.).

Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you for any help and time!

This will help with what you want:
Set number of products displayed per page (support thread)

Unless you just want all products per cat to show all the time; then set Configuration > Maximum Values > Products Listing- Number Per Page.
