renaming admin/foldername

Greetings.
The version of Zen Cart I am using is: 1.3.9d

I get this message every time I log into Zen cart: "Your /admin/ foldername should be renamed to something less common, to prevent unauthorized access."

This is highlighted in yellow, so I am confronted with this when I log on!

I am a new user of the Zen cart, so I am a bit confused as to what to do to get this sorted...
Also, how do I back up the files/folders?

Would appreciate some help/advice for a beginner please.

Hi,
Still getting problems renaming admin folder.
I make the changes, click on SAVE and it comes up ERROR, not saved , go back.

What do I do now?
I am still getting the yellow highlighted message when I go into ADMIN.....
Help!!
BTW I can only seem to go through the host's file manager.

One success, I did backup OK.
