    Default Shopping cart side box not displaying

    I'm having a problem displaying the shopping cart sidebox. It's enabled but won't display. Anybody else having this issue or know a fix. I'm running 1.3.9e

    Okay, I got it to display, however I'd like it to be their even if the user doesn't have anything in the cart?


    I've seen it done before with zen cart.....
